I’ve only been blogging for about 6 months.

But in the past 6 months, I’ve gone through a number of changes in my life that have improved both my physical and mental wellbeing.

How did I do it?

By blogging!

Here are 5 healthy benefits of blogging:

5. You will HELP MORE PEOPLE!

You might already be a pretty nice person.

But after you start a blog, then you will be nicer to even more people.

That’s just what bloggers do. We help people with our knowledge. That’s the whole point of a blog.

Plus, when you help people, then they will usually help you in return.

4. You will feel happier!

If your blog is about something you dislike and don’t want to think about, then your blog is destined to fail.

Why?

Because if your blog is not something you like working on, then you probably won’t do it.

3. You will re-connect with friends and family!

Who better to support you and your dream than your friends, family, co-workers, and strangers?

Social networking is a great way to build an instant audience for your blog.

And best of all…it’s FREE!

2. You will exercise more!

You want to look good for the photos and videos and all the other cool, awesome stuff you will put on your blog, right?

Plus you want to be healthy so you can keep blogging and having adventures to write about in your blog.

1. You will have a lot of fun!

Blogging is like life.

You need to put in the effort to see the results.

So, if your blog is about something you love, then you will naturally have fun doing these activities:

That’s why you make your blog about something fun that you LOVE to do or think about a lot.

Then, you don’t mind working on your blog…because it’s fun and something you would probably do anyway!

Conclusion

In my 6 months of blogging, I can honestly say that blogging has dramatically helped me improve my life for the better.

Every day, I am learning new things about blogging, running my own business, and creating a path to success.

If I have learned something new every day in 6 months of blogging, then I will continue to blog just to see how much more I can learn!
