If you’ve been following me on Twitter, or if you Like Idea Hunters on Facebook, then then you would recognize my signature hashtag #FindYourGrind that I append to my “get up off that a$$ and do work!” type of inspirational business/quasi hip hop Tweets.

What is my Grind?

Funny you didn’t ask!

My Grind is writing words. Words that form ideas. From ideas, come action.

But right now, it’s Grind time, which means it’s time for some action.

I do freelance social media and Web content writing for small businesses inside sales for Cangrade. My freelancing started as a side hustle but now it’s my full-tilt full-time hustle.

I got into Web content marketing and social media consulting because I found that small business owners are usually pretty busy folks. So they are too busy to worry about their social media and Website when they have bills to pay.

However, it doesn’t have to be that way. And that’s where I can help.

If a business needs a Facebook page, Twitter, blog content, etc. then I know the man for the job.

That man is me.

I like to help other businesses get more business.

That’s my business. And business is good.

But it could be GREAT. So I’m aiming for GREAT but will settle for good.

That’s still better than nothing. Which is what I would’ve had if I never even bothered with my side hustle.

And now I have my own business and I am helping others hustlers at the Grind.

I found my Grind. But now what?

If you want to make guacamole, you’re going to have to Grind a few avocados.

I’m going to stay on the Grind and get my reps in to get my rep up and then…and then I don’t know.

Write books? Write screenplays? Create ad campaigns? Make guacamole?

Actually…I have made guacamole. Here’s the recipe I like to use from Alton Brown.

Have you ever made guacamole?

Guacamole is extra
Guacamole is like your Grind. It takes time and money. That’s why it’s extra.

If so, then you know how much mashing and grinding it takes to get it to the right consistency.

Same goes with LIFE. If you want life to also be a consistent source of awesome experiences and vitamins (just like guacamole) then you need to FIND YOUR GRIND!

Need help finding your Grind?

I will help you.

How?

I don’t know. I don’t even know what you want to do with your life.

But for starters, you can:
