My experience with LASIK

Ahh, the old “Tabasco in the Visine” trick.
Ahh, the old “Tabasco in the Visine” trick.

It’s been a little over a week since my LASIK surgery, annnnnnd…I feel great. No problems, no issues. 20/20.

(Hmmm…ever wonder why they call it 20/20? )

The entire healing process takes about 6 full months or more before it levels out, so I will give you an update then, which will be in July.

Also, if you have more questions about LASIK, then you can ask my doctor who performed my procedure, Dr. Samir Melkhi of Boston Laser. He also has his own snazzy Q&A site.  Note: You don’t have to be a patient to use the site and ask him a private, confidential question.

That is a marketing tool, and a pretty ingenious, yet simple idea (as most ingenious ideas tend to be). Why is it simple? Because it is based on the concept that knowledge should be free…with the hope that you would consider spending your money at his eye-stablishment!
